User: Any individual or entity using the platform, whether as a freelancer or a client.
Freelancer: A person who offers services through the platform in exchange for payment.
Client: A person who requests services from freelancers through the platform.
Account: The personal profile created by the user that contains their information and activity.
Transaction: Any agreement or project executed between users through the platform.
3. Registration and Accounts
The user must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The user must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, email, and contact details.
It is strictly prohibited to create more than one account for the same individual without prior written approval from Mernan’s management.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with any third party.
Mernan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activities.
4. Nature of Relationship
Mernan Marketplace acts solely as an online intermediary between freelancers and clients.
Mernan is not a party to any contract or employment relationship between users.
Each party is fully responsible for fulfilling its own financial and legal obligations toward the other party.
5. Payment System
All payments must be made exclusively through Mernan Marketplace’s internal payment system.
Any direct or external financial transaction outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
Mernan bears no responsibility for any financial arrangements or communications made outside the platform.
Mernan does not guarantee any user’s financial rights resulting from external agreements.
Mernan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that attempts to bypass or manipulate the payment system.
6. Financial Disputes and Mernan Decisions
In the event of a financial dispute between users, Mernan has the right to review all project details and communications to make a fair decision in accordance with its policies.
Mernan’s decisions are final and binding, and users may not object to, appeal, or request reconsideration of any decision.
Mernan’s responsibility is limited to its role as an online intermediary and does not extend beyond its internal system.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
A client may not cancel a submitted order unless the freelancer agrees to it or after Mernan reviews and approves the cancellation request.
Mernan has full discretion to accept or reject any cancellation request after reviewing the case.
If the freelancer has started the project, the cancellation process follows the official Terms and Conditions of the platform only.
Mernan holds no financial responsibility for projects or agreements conducted outside its official system.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights remain with the freelancer until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It is strictly prohibited to upload or share copyrighted or infringing material.
Mernan reserves the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.
9. Communication and Information Exchange
The platform provides an internal messaging system to facilitate communication between users.
Mernan is not responsible for any personal or sensitive information shared between users through messages, meetings, or other channels.
Each user is fully responsible for any data they voluntarily share with others.
Users are advised not to share personal or financial information except when absolutely necessary.
10. Data Storage and Security
User data is stored on secure servers owned or authorized by Mernan Alraedah for Information Technology.
Only sensitive data, such as passwords, login details, and payment information, is encrypted.
General or non-sensitive data may be stored unencrypted for legitimate operational purposes.

13. Account Termination
Mernan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.
Users may request to close their accounts by contacting customer support.
Account closure requests are subject to review and verification before completion.

16.5 Arbitration Decisions: Arbitration decisions issued by Mernan shall be: Final, Binding on all parties, Not subject to appeal or objection outside the platform.
